How much does it cost?

Sales Clarity is free for users who login from our home page.

Users who wish to beneft from single sign-on through Salesforce.com can install Sales Clarity as a tab in Salesforce.com for $25 per user, per month.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No.

How do I pay?

We accept monthly subscription payments via PayPal (credit card or eCheck). Please contact us if you would rarher pay annually. 

Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes. As there's no ongoing contract, you can cancel whenever you want. PayPal offers our monthly subscribers cancellation functionality and monthly reminder emails in advance of each  subscription payment.

What's the minimum order size?

There is no minimum order size, so you may buy as few as one subscription - or as many as you please.

Do I need to purchase subscriptions for all types of my salesforce.com users?

No. You only have to purchase subscriptions for the people who are actually going to use Sales Clarity. 

The first time I tried logging in Sales Clarity asked for a security token. Will this change something in my company's salesforce.com instance?

No. The security token is only an extra authentication step employed by salesforce.com to verify your identity.

Does Sales Clarity store any of our sensitive sales data?

No. Sales Clarity is simply an interface that sits on top of your salesforce.com data.

When I logged in I was unable to see certain users, how can I fix that?

That is likely because those users do not have 'allow forecasting' checked on in their Salesforce.com user profile.
